hey im 15 6'2 210 football player im repping 185 for deadlifting i know that isnt good i just started out though my back hurt first time but i got my technique some one showed me it shud be hitting my chins when i go up and when i go down it shud go off my hips am i doing this right?? and when i do them usaully my legs are sore.i want to get up to 500 soon with my dedication i know it seems unreallistic but yeah

@LoneStarJason yea im a bit harsh but its only cuz people dont understand usually, and sometimes would critisize people who use regular bar with "bad form" , i actually do wish i had a trapbar to from time to time but id never ditch regular deadlifting

well DA its easy to have good form with trap bar because the bar is not infront of u it requires less felixability, also how tall is he because i dont think he needed the extra handels

@muzimuzi True, the trap bar is an easier implement to deadlift, that's why my numbers are higher than my barbell lift. I'm 5'9" for reference and 185 at the time of the lift as the title states. The higher handles just decrease range of motion. I haven't tried from the low handles, but I'm sure there would be a difference. Thanks for the critique.
