阿明說: 馬英九新的口號, "I am a ROCer" 文法不對,我幫他改一下

7/28/11: 馬英九's campaign office has been rather busy the past month. A few weeks ago (7/13) apparently it was dress-up day. Yesterday, they released 馬英九's latest campaign slogan, "I am a ROCer". Huh!? I am a Republic of China-er!? Interesting choice of spelling/grammar for someone that went to Harvard. My English isn't that much better than 馬英九's, but I have a few other suggestions...

Wow, seriously? Many fans of Tsai tack the suffix "ing" to many of their updates and statuses - they don't make much grammatical sense but I think most people understand them to be just "cute." Really no need to be "calling out" Ma on this...

Getting exposed to profanity and using it are two different things. I'm sincerely sorry for "bringing this up" get it? more to mysdelf of course. fake or not only I would know. There are many ways to exercise your freedom of speech. Using profanity publicly is not my way of doing it. like you said it's only a difference of opinion, Obviously we live in very different worlds. I'm truly sorry I tread into yours. Really, Good luck with your cause. I'm out. There is nothing more to be said.

@zthu well, since profanity is used by US politicians, music, movies, TV, etc... i guess you would have to write them messages telling them how you disapprove of their PROFANE messages as well right? and since they are way more in the public eye than myself, shouldn't you be even more disapproving of them? something to think about. see the problem you get into when you trash someone's parents and their school right off the bat...

@zthu why are you apologizing? after your first comment, honestly, the apology sounds pretty fake. you have your opinion and i have mine. both are different, which is cool.

but, if profanity bothers you that much, i suggest you tell your daughter to stop watching TV, movies, and listening to music.

All the TV medias have a 7 second delay to prevent inappropiate languages from sliping through. and yet you're claiming using profanity is a norm. We're just different people. I hate to see someone with a Michigan emblems using language like that for I have deep relations with that school. Then again, you're your own person. You keep saying U.S. politicians use profanity. have you seen south carolina congressman yelled out "you liar" in the chamber toward Obaba and got snesures. I don't know what kind of standard you hold. with due respect to your parents, I did not bad mouth them, I simply asked if they approve of your trash talk (if using f word is not trash to you, I give up)
