Getting equipment can be costly, so here is a simple military press variation that will work on thoracic extension, posture, core strength, as well as build shoulder muscle.
Posture Shoulder Presses
Question: Why not just do these on a bench?
Answer: Posture up in a chair, then sit in a V pattern (as shown in the video) and posture up. You should feel a noticable difference. Sitting down and posturing up takes hamstring flexibility and hip mobility out of the equation (or at least minimizes it).
Note: If using a barbell, I recommend using the spotter bars as shown in the video just in case you lose tension in your body.

Wouldn´t it be better for your back, if you sit on a bench? Or are there benifits to the legs on the ground?

@damuschka A bench allows you to lean forward and take the tension off your core. Its tougher to posture up from sitting down - so if you don't have the strength/flexibility a bench is a good starting option.
