Very good! Both "glitches" were on "flamme". I know what he was trying to do. They were not glitches, but rather tricks to engage the head voice. When tenors sob, in essence starting in head voice and then bringing in the chest register (the principal register in which men sing). By doing that little "sob" he ensured that he had the right mix.

good but i prefer juan diego florez

Very impressive. There are a few mistakes, but as I have said elsewhere, this is all but un-singable. Besides, the mistakes are not all his fault: there are very few teachers alive today who can guide a student to navigate this aria, so consider that before blasting away!

@dopepenguin88 I'm sure you could walk out onto a stage and pop the C's out easily mimmos...maybe you should stick to just listening so you don't come off as a tool

Dopo Pavarotti ecco un vero tenore lirico...l'aria però è al limite delle sue possibilità.Saluti

@mimmos98 with easy? didnt you noticed he failed big time in two of those high Cs? u deaf?

Che bravo quando faceva queste cose.. Una voce maschile lirica.. Con l'acuto facile..

I just heard him sang Faust at La Scala. Bravo! If he could sing Ah! mes amis like this, no wonder Faust is just a piece of cake for him!

Great voice!

Possiamo dire che è stato bravo (l'aria è difficilissima) ma Kraus,Pavarotti e Flores sono di un altro pianeta.
I like this video a lot. His technique isn't perfect, but he isn't singing that badly here at all. Yes, his C's are sharp and over supported and he relaxes to correct and obstructs those C's. All that said, I still think he does a good job on this, Is it great, no, but it's not terrible either. There were only 2 that were kinda off. Also, this isn't really his fache. He's got panache and I love it. Besides, he's singing wonderfully now.
