@caanrdlroesa plyo x, yoga x, and kenpo x all kicked my ass at first now its just fun to do... once i just started doin my plyo when i had free time in gym class and when 4 of the cheerleaders walkd up they asked y am i doin that and i lifted my shirt to them and said to keep this and they say my 8-pack and now they wont leave me alone... hey im not complaining dude, its awsome

@trinalab little tip wear loose shorts or swim trunks lol it works trust me im on round 5 day 36 and i wont stop doin it im doin triples of everything and its the lifestyle everyone should want and have, but u HAVE to be determined to do it.. i will sometimes do all 12 disks in one day if i get bored and i have the strength and stamina to do it mabey 2 times doing all 12 at once, havnt tried that yet but now i may try that this week. should be fun, not doin anything sat so that sounds good to me

I quit because I got a cold and couldn't do anything else so I bought the cheaper one that took it down a notch and amd working my way back up for summertime :D

I personally mix P90x with my own workouts with the gym. It's just all about muscle confusion people. As long as you confuse your muscles, your muscles will grow. Don't always stick to one routine for a long time. Plyometrics is one video that i personally like doing a lot because it really works!
