The predictable backlash against Michael Moore by the Mass Media

This is NOT a paid advertisement for some movie. I am NOT a YT partner. But, I would urge people to see this movie, if only to gain a slightly different perspective - which is contrary to everything you hear in the main stream media. It is my prediction, that this film will be villified by the national media - not because of it's shortcomings, but because it represents a serious threat to the status quo. As a matter of fact, it has the potential, of even getting the tea-baggers on board, because it addresses their concerns as well. The movie is NOT anti-capitalist per se, but it will most certainly launch a poignant critique toward the unfettered capitalism of today, without ANY checks and balances in place, whatsoever - a system, where corporations are afforded the same rights as ordinary people, despite the huge influence of vasts amounts of money, which is corrupting our Republic from within. Money alone should NEVER equal free speech + some of our founding fathers anticipated this...and were vehemently opposed to this approach.

cv1122: I'm sure it will end up on YT in some form soon :) From what I understand, and mind you, I have not watched the film, Moore touts Obama as trying to solve the problems we face. In which case, I would disagree with MM. One should remember though, that films take time to make + that there is significant lag time between when the shooting stops + it's time of release. MM is now going after the DEMS as well, which is a good thing IMHO.

My overall impression of him is that he is a left gate keeper. Hopefully in his new film he will make the point that we do not have capitalism we have corpratism.

I believe the worldwide boxoffice draws he gets speaks for itself. While the people here suck and swallow the propaganda of the elite 1% and believe Moore to be a socialist neo-nazi etc.

Mmmm...Dogs don't get 'angry' as anger is a human emotion. Dogs act on instinct and their defensive displays might be considered anger by a daft fool. A dog with rabies is considered to be 'mad'. As far as where you want to be - you are attempting to push my button for some reason and that isn't where you want to be. Since you are 24 and I am twice your age you can call me "Dad" rather than Pops. Your mother would like that.
