  • brandhijack is employed by T mobile as part of this campaign, this is the lengths they have to go to

  • Wrong man. I do it for fun and because I can (and to test my new iPhone 4 - I've shot it, edited it and posted it from the iPhone). If you knew anything about branding you'd know they don't pay for these because they don't have to. People do this kind of things all the time for fun (read Cognitive Surplus). It's called viral marketing. Read Brand Hijack by Alex Wipperfurth if you want to understand how it all works. People are taking over brands - and this is the way to do it...

  • @brandhijack Thank you for posting the song list, I was wondering what the songs were that they were singing. Also, thank you for posting this "bystander perspective" video since it gives a, to my mind, much more accurate view of what the session actually looked like to an ordinary person. I'm seeing fewer smiles on the faces of the passengers and the performance aspect of the entire shoot is much more evident.

    Thanks! :)

  • @samcooke2000 well thanks for stating the obvious!!

  • @PunkntheGodfather The singers in the ad are miked up. That's why the advert sounds better. They have better quality sound recording equipment. The rest of us just have our mobile phone to recored sound and image. Of course it won't sound as good.

  • @immo121 its the last fucking thing you need off a long flight, but remember most are actors as well

  • @brandhijack no you are just promoting this, either being paid or just falling for the hype and manipulation. Why would you want to just promote this I wonder?

  • not many smiles.. most of them passengers look jet-lagged! lol
