Hi. do you like that vortex strikefire? I got the same rifle and my butt stock slides like shit. very sticky or tite. On my ar its very smooth almost to smooth. This feels like its way to tite and takes a bit of force to slide it. Is yours the same?

@skykink To be honest, the lower price was a big factor. I didn't want to shell out alot for a .22 LR. But I read many good reviews on the Vortex so I felt good buying it.

@passout18 Did not paint it, the mag came in the Coyote Brown color, its a S&W stock mag. The MOE version of the MP 15-22 in coyote tan and black came with the cool mag.

What do you mean magpul mag, did you duracoat it or paint it with crylon?

@madrid556 Magpul is a brand name. They make some parts on the MOE version of the M&P 15-22. The mag is S&W and came in the coyote tan color with the gun.
