Given Time... Part One (1993)

Part one of two. Short drama: A teenager is home alone when a burglar strikes...

Inspired by a personal experience (not as dramatic as in the film!), I made 'Given Time...' during the summer holiday between years one and two of my studies at Northbrook College. I roped in my brother and dad to handle the acting and the crew was made up of a few friends, quickly trained up to hold the mic and so on.

I was watching a lot of Dario Argento films at the time and, being a big fan, a few Argento inspired shots are present in the film. Fellow fans will spot them quite easily...
