i love the title screen from this. Also, i think its longer on Cinemassacre, either that or i'm thinking of something else he did with Rambo.

@mongolianape I don't think it would work well to have them in one big gang (priorities, morals, and goals are too different), but it certainly would be cool just to see them all in the game!

In regards to the PSP games, I mean Vice City Stories. I don't count CTW in that particular list as it was a port.

@southpaw117 i didnt mean china town,because that was top view(like the classics). but i get what youre getting at. you mean like in the link/zelda games,right? its not in a particular order,but all share the same idea of brutal fun. i still hope that the last in the series will be all the characters brought together in one big gang with you playing as the new guy. that would be awesome!

@mongolianape I mean roots as in GTA III, which kept to the basics of the gameplay (e.g. no car customization and character stats), was set in Liberty City, and offered completely new tech not seen in previous iterations. Just because another game comes along in the franchise, it does not mean it's the next in a particular series. They're more so spin-offs. Guitar Hero and Halo are two examples of that.

Also, there were two PSP games. :P

@southpaw117 might i remember you that the 3d roots are originally 3,vc,sa and that one psp one? and those are still 4 so thats actually 5 then! so theres no 4,just lazy title work. if you mean 3d as in 1234 then it kind of fits...

@mongolianape Yeah, but to be fair, a few of those titles are just random entries in the series, mostly to give other platforms a piece of the franchise. I think because GTA IV takes the 3D series back to its roots with nothing to really differentiate itself apart from new tech, a title wouldn't fit as well as a number.
