In answer to your question,I suggest that the woman didn't change the mind of Jesus but rather her faith ie trust in Jesus was tested by Him allowing her to ask several times.

what about the woman who begged jesus repeatedly to heal her son. jesus kept ignoring her but she kept asking. eventually jesus did it.

I think you have it backward.
It's not God's fault that we mismanage His world, His resources. God created enough to take care of everyone. But it's up to us to distribute it according to need.
It's not God's fault if we fail to follow Him. It's not God's fault if we're not motivated enough.
Maybe it's us who are one sandwich shy of a picnic.

well, that explains why there is still starvation, disease, and deaf and dumb children just to list a few. god doesn't have putting an end to these problems on his agenda, therefore he is moving no one to pray to him to end these terrible issues once and for all. why this GOD even needs us little folks to ask him for something so he can get motivated to move on it is strange indeed. could it be GOD is one sandwich shy of a picnic?

ever heard of thinking, its also goes by the name of atheism... if you actually spent some time thinking about your faith you'd realise that it is just ridiculous i suggest watching '10 questions that every intelligent christian must answer and maybe the other videos of that author

Go Steve!!! Needed to be said brother. Iv become increasingly uncomfortable with this whole "name it and claim it thing". Didnt Jesus teach us to pray, "THY kingdom come, THY will be done"??? Prayer involving reminding God of his promises in order to manipulate the ALMIGHTY to do our will constitutes, (now what was that word?), ah thats right... WITCHCRAFT!

Very true. Think of Christ in Gethsemane. The human in Him was tempted to pray to God to change the Father's mind. But the divine Christ in Him showed us the path- accept God's plan and become a partner in it.
