An easy recipe for strudel out of your food stores
1 ½ cup floor
¼ cup warm water
1 egg
1 teaspoon of salt
2 table spoons oil
Mix all the above and mead well, let rest 30 minutes
Filling is whatever you like, fruits, nuts, cinnamon, sugar

Roll dough flat and put fillings on and roll up, butter top
Bake 350f 30-40 minutes on greased cookie sheet
Let cool, powder sugar on top
Enjoy

    Impressive German! mine sucks, lol. Sure I can buy it now in a bakery, and perhaps even in the future if I have a spare thousand euro note! But one day perhaps not. I will have to get some tins of black cherries in that gloopy cherry sauce for my food stores, that would make an unreal strudel. With tinned evaporated milk on top! Thanks again for all the WROL cooking ideas.
