Have u played 12100P?
-
DOes it still run smoothly without hardware accerleration (eg when you play using vlc?).
-
Use VMR9 (renderless) ** for XP with MCP HC original codecs. You don't even need PDVD. Plays 1080p with 30% CPU load
-
wait for 3.5 months for windows 7 =D

hi, thanks for ur recommendation, my N10J can play HD video with the klite mega codec! But not really dat smooth, tell u a good news, i made some research & found that KMPlayer actually has got nPure HD support, & this one really plays HD smooth on my n10j, thx anyway ;D

hmmm...but i heard there was problem of slow starting & shutting down of vista on N10J, that the manufacturer decided to swap vista biz for xp home, like mine...anyway, thx Gabrio ;)

actually if you use windows vista, it works much better.. for XP, you gotta use the nvidia AND the windows media player classic w/ klite mega codec pack installed, that way im able to play them, NOT with windows media player since tha tone uses massively the CPU and the atom is not enough.

yea, my N10J with XP Home is unable to play HD video as well...i thought this video demo was fake ;P

hello
i have just reformatted my n10j with xp pro, everything runs perfect but HD video playback since it does not play smooth.
by the way before reformatting it and installing xp, i had VISTA business installed on and i tested hd playback there, no problem.
is it a XP issue that does not enable something?? video im trying it's a true hd i have personally encoded from my hd video cam, and plays perfectly on same setup and my studio quad core computer.
already updated drivers. ideas?
Have you tried play 1080p with VC1 codec using DXVA?

Yes. VC1 is supported by the 9300M GS. I tested it with an M2TS Blu-Ray rip of "Blue Planet" (1990) and VC1 is fully offloaded to the nVidia GPU via DXVA.

Yes. 1920x1080P is supported on the 9300M GS's HDMI port, along with digital audio passthrough.
