LeadWerks + libtheoraplayer = AWESOME!

libtheoraplayer integrated into LeadWerks 2.3 to allow rendering video to texture. Sound isn't very well synced to video in the first place because of limited access to the sound API in LeadWerks, then FRAPS adds a little more lag and finally YouTube messes it up even more, so sound is fairly far out of sync.

Get 80FPS minimum when running without FRAPS.

@Demonith88 No, I'm not using LeadWerks anymore due to workflow issues. I'll try it out again once LE3 is released as hopefully Josh will address a lot of them with the new editor.
