I've always been flexible and always been so obsessed with working out. I was in good shape, but not until I discovered yoga/pilates, I felt great about myself. I love yoga!! Thank you for this, :)

    I just started tuning into your videos , coz everytime i out the words strong workout with any bodypart...your name pops up :-) and i am so thankful that you've chosen to share your passion over the youtube instead of videos or dvds!!! plz keep them going...they're so inspiring and i love the way you move into all those sequences so effortlessly !!! love
