Of course he can voice these characters - it's his voice. We all have unique voices we can do, they're just not instantly recognizable to the public. You're just delighted to see "him" saying them and not the characters themselves.

I think it's incredible he can do such completely different voices that would never strike you as being done by the same person, and no, it's not actually as easy as you *may* think it is to do it.
