oh and forget about a cup of hot coffee in the morning that will make you sweat bad. but trust me. No hair gel and take zinc and green tea supplements.

i used to sweat from the head really bad and things that helped me were stopping using hair gel quitting drinking and a cold glass of tomato juice everyday a spoonfull of honey, green tea supplements and zinc supplements. I was mostly surprised at how much less i sweat when i stopped wearing hair gel.

I sweat all over my body.. my face drips no matter how cold it is where I am. My whole body sweats actually. my arms, stomach, back, face, scalp, everywhere. I cannot even grocery shop without getting stares because i'm dripping wet for no reason at all. my hair looks like I just got out of a shower.

Hey i have same problem. Whenever i tramp or ski or in schools physical education lessons..

I'm 14 and i have long hair to my eyebrows. I have P.E. every morning in school, even before the 15 minute warm up is over my hair starts to get wet on my side burns, back of my head, and my fore head. My hair got so wet that people didn't believe me that it was sweat they thought that i had wet it down, and i went with it because it was too embarrassing. So its not just my face its my scalp, can you help me with that?
