Okay, I was able to understand your comment but unfortunately my french isn't good enough to answer you in a proper way. I think you misunderstood my comment. I LOVE the french language. This movie is one of my favourites. Some of my friends only say: This movie must be crap because it's french. I don't understand that and I hate it.
Oh and by the way: I read the theatre-play and in the moment I'm rehearsing "Aurelia", another play from the same writer with my theatre-group.

@Schattenschleicher Avant de juger ce film tu devrais lire la pièce de théâtre tout d'abord puisqu'elle a été écrite en 1958. De plus, as-tu un problème contre la langue française? Donc au lieu de porter un jugement sur une pièce qui a remporté "le prix du Quoi des Orfèvres" en 1961-1962, tu devrais prendre un cours sur la manière décrire une critique au lieu de généraliser le tout avec ton avis négatif. It's such a pity, no one likes this movie. Because it's french or because it's soo strange. I don't know why but I think it's a shame.
