The lexus also has an old man Emu as well but has J springs all the way around. It works out to be a 4" lift. It has heavy duty springs in the front 1/2" neoprene spacers and other spacers in front as well. He said if he did it again he would not do J springs all the way around Hope that helps

it is an old man Emu with J springs in the front and a 2 1/2" lift with 3/4" spacers in the rear. He has 35" tires on it. It is a very capable set up. As I now read the question again I realize you are asking about the Lexus and not the Landcruiser which has the old man Emu set up. I will find out and try to post again sooner
