@OneTouch8700 Not by itself. You would need to record your voice with a PC, then edit the video file and splice in your audio recording.

I enjoyed the review thank you for the upload. I had recently purchased a Hauppauge HD PVR and i can record my videos fine but when it comes to play back and editing in Sony Vegas Pro or AVS Media my videos lag pretty bad and makes editing impossible. I was wondering do you have an idea if my computer specs would be good enough to edit the saved video files from the Avermedia Capture card? Intel Core Duo CPU @ 1.66GHz, 3GB of RAM and Nvidia Geforce 8600 graphics card? Thank you!

You mentioned that it lacks an optical port,I use a gaming headset and would like to record voice as well as game audio.What wold be the best way to achieve this without having to buy a stand alone receiver?
