After a pregnancy, losing weight should be held off for two to three months, at which point it's important to eat healthy and get plenty of fluid. Find out why it's unhealthy to exercise immediately after a pregnancy with help from a labor and delivery nurse in this free video on pregnancy and obstetrics.

  • she is so awkward

  • Oh wow! Earthshattering advice! NOT!

  • that helped .... not.

  • After having kids ur body never ever goes back to normal!! I have lost alot of weight after kids but after a while nothing u do will work! I have 5 kids and 7 preg's under my bealt. and 3 sergery on abdomnial area and c-section. So u have tip for that cause i have ask alot of people and there all say the same.

  • More importantly do lots of cardio, nurse and take in less calories than you burn and you'll lose all the weight plus however much more you want to lose within a year or sooner

  • please. I nurse and have never taken in an extra 500 calories. That sort of defeats the purpose of burning an extra 500 calories while breastfeeding. Ive never had problems making milk and lose all my weight within about 5 months and I usually gain about 40. You do not have to eat more to breastfeed just drink more. I always make what I dio eat after pregnancy count such as protein fruits and vegetables and no more junk! I eat enough of that during pregnancy thats why I gain so much

  • Thanks
