he I just watched the video from fate stay night game.

And I Downloaded it working perfectly. BUt in some other people's video, I saw Shirou as the one talking. I don't want to be tohsaka how do I change it?

You can't. The prologue is told from Rin's perspective while the rest of the game (except for some interludes) is told from Shirou's point of view.
