@riddick388 The Av's weren't even playing hockey until the 90's.I'd rather have a team that played for the last century even if they were terrible for 2 decades. For the last 20 years they have been the most dominant franchise in all of sports. But the only season you could come up with was from 25 years ago when your team wasn't even a team and they only played 80 games without 2 points for OT and SO wins? Your Av's team had an extra 12 points in OT and SO wins in 2 extra games. Try Again.

@templetonbob Actually the red wings were a joke for the better part of 30 years...most of the 60s, all of the 70s and 80s.
In 1985-86, The dead wings went 17-57-6. By my calculations...that's 40 points.
The Avs worst is 68 points last year.
So the real question is...when are the Avs ever going to be as bad as the worst red wings team? Try NEVER!
