@thegfiles Also you should note that in 1986 Halley's comet came within 24 million kilometers (14.9 million miles) from Earth (less distance then Elenin) and had an average of 11kms at the nucleus, compared to the 4km of Elenin. So if that didn't cause a polar shift or other natural disasters, then do you really think that this one will?

thanks so much for this program tony. i have a friend who was freaking out about elenin thinking there was a conspiracy to hide it from the population. i had tried to convince him how ridiculous that was and shown him the jpl website animation etc. but you finally managed to help him. i saw your vid and as a subscriber thought it might help him make sense of it. after watching he turned to me and said he now understands that he has been brainwashed

ok so you basically based your opinion on the writings on ONE GUY...i guess he is smarter than everyone else,,,,no one said that elenin was gonna hit earth but your tabloid,,,of course its not,,your video doesnt even cover WHY THE FUSS ABOUT ELENIN,,,so its not gonna hit but what about the other effects on earth?or was the video about it not hitting earth only?we knew that.....

@thegfiles No I didn't base this on one guy. One only has to enter elenin in google to see the misinformation. I did and in-depth analysis of WHY comet elenin isn't going to affect earth on deepastronomy. Please read that for the so-called 'other effects'.
This nonsense has got to stop! Elenin is a ball of gas and dirt and ice that will come - at its closest - 21 million miles. What can it possibly do? Give us a dirty look? GAAAAAA!
