Here's a Model 2 siren I made from a 50 year old Thunderbolt chopper motor, new Federal Model 2 stator and an experimental aluminum Thunderbolt chopper air tube I made last year and never used. This is the first test of it since I put it together last night. This is the same chopper motor that's in my 1000 Chopper Motor video. There were always problems with the Thunderbolt stator that was originally with this motor so I decided to get the new Model 2 stator from Federal and make a Model 2 out of the Thunderbotl chopper motor. Since it's not an REAL Model 2 I'll call it the CDM Model 2. The screening around the stator ports was inspired by CrazySirenBoy and a run-in he had with a siren chopper a few years ago. Actually I think it was a Model 2 that he had that choppy experience with.
