If people dont provide the information to me quickly, and its taking to long with other people waiting on the line, I tell them to call me back when they figure it out. I hate it when people ask me to pick them up at an establishment and wont get the adress from an employee. They get mad that i dont know where it is as if i should know every adress in Portland, OR.

I SO know where you are coming from John! I am a taxi Radio dispatcher in New York City. We Have 18 lines, and in our rush hours (mornings, afterschool, weekend nights) all our lines are busy for awhile. It's me, and another dispatcher. And we dispatch in Spanish. I just hate it when i ask "Where are you right now?" and they go away from their phone and hear them in the background "Hey, where are we?" lol...
