Detached

Detached is a twisted take on the typical high school love story. Ophelia is a young undead girl who has always had trouble fitting in. Frankie is 'the new kid', nervously trying to keep himself together (literally). Will the two students overcome their struggles and find love? This 8 minute stop-motion claymation is sure to warm your heart, even if it has stopped beating.

Detached was a 4th year final project produced for Ryerson University's School of Radio and Television Arts. There were 7 members on crew, and as a group we had had little to no experience working with clay/stopmotion before. Let us know how we did!

the clay i used is called Sculpey clay. I got it from Michael's Art Store :) Hope that helps!
