@zeldalink322 This video is exactly what the title says it is, a demonstration of the sound you can get out of the guitar through the stock amp. You're absolutely right this isn't a review, I never said it was. This was my first guitar and i am still happy with it too, and btw this is a demonstration of the tones, not a demonstration of my skill... chill out.

It sounds very much like an acoustic guitar. Yeahhh... I think I won't be buying this. I'm gonna buy a $1300 gibson les paul studio with chrome hardware and a $1300 fender twin reverb. I want to start off with great sounding equipment.

Starcaster was a semi hollow body guitar built in the early to mid 70's guess fender is just using it's copyright for evil.

@MrPeter310 a real strat is prolly way beyond your reach then...as they are 700 and up..this is a real fender but it is NOT a real strat...just like you can get a les paul(epiphone)...but it will NOT be a real gibson...what you need to decide is do you need humbuckers or not...id say not...so get a mexican strat...about 450$...would be my advice...but again its up to you....good luck!

@RainbowConure thats cos its being played on a really shitty amp, a really shitty amp. Maybe I got lucky but mine is fine. Im still gonna switch pickups on it but it sounds good. my only problem is the frets need to be shaved cos they stick out too much

@Lobo9272 it is a cheap crappy copy of a strat. the squier strats are better than this.
