@GodMikaboshi BB is a character in Death Note: Another Note- The Los Angeles BB Murder Cases. BB was a serial killer who wished to surpass L in knowledge, thus giving him puzzles to solve to try to prevent the murders. Naomi Misora was L's helper throughout the novel, acting as his eyes, ears, and shield. Though BB never appeared in the anime, he was a major character in Death Note: Another Note.

@summyshark You're right, BB wasn't in the anime. And yes, this is a fan-made song because BB doesn't actually have a theme since he wasn't in the anime.
Death Note: Another Note The Los Angeles BB Murder Cases is actually a novel that takes place from narratior's point of view (Mello) and explains the BB case. Naomi Misora is recruited by L to perform intestigations. The other investigator claims to be 'Rue Ryuzaki'. VERY INTERESTING READ - whether you like reading or not, I'd suggest it. C:
