Skyrim Destruction Ritual Spell Guide - Master Spells and Pedestal Locations

Once you have 90 Destruction Skill (sometimes glitched to require 100 skill), you will receive the quest "Destruction Ritual Spell". When completed, this unlocks all Master level destruction spells for purchase at the College of Winterhold.

This video includes the locations of the pedestals to activate the book Power of the Elements.

im level 92 in destruction and there is no new dialogue
