I make this for my family all the time, and they STILL beg me to make it sometimes. @drcdiva if you are worried about it being spicy don't worry. It isn't spicy at all, you could leave out the tabasco, but I wouldn't leave out the other spices. With them being with the crutons and in the meat, you don't taste any real spice in the dish without the tabasco.
