I never saw this show until it started on fox because we didnt get CW til it was in the later seasons.But I love it now

matt wasn't in a lot of spisodes in the 8th season but he was in the one thing episode in season 8 a lot, it's the one where he is working at the hospital,

yeah because in real life Barry watson, matt got cancer but he is ok.

Okay whatever you say but thats just my opinion and I really do think during the middle of its run the show just lost its focus from being centered on the Camden family

No, you're absolutely right. It began to lose focus on the family around season 6. It was awesome having Robbie on the show (and the whole boarder thing was original then! Unlike with Martin and others after him) but I saw a bit of a problem when they focused on his girlfriend's lost brother. But the family was important as well.

That was nothing compared to season seven on, because the storylines were mainly about the non-Camdens, rather than the actual Camdens (or who remained, at least).
