It's always about the payoff. The only reason Mr. Bolden has decided to affirm the cancellation of the constellation program is because, allowing the Russians to hold a monopoly of space flight, the American government will be paying BIG BUCKS to continue space exploration and study. Having made a deal with the Russians I can be guarantee Mr. Bolden will be getting a cut of that deal! Greedy corrupt bastards. This country is unfortunately littered with them!

I am actually with Mr Bishop on this one. It particuarly perturbs me that we don't know what the Russians will charge the US for future flights.
Poor Bolden. He is a guniea pig for this whole mess and he can't swallow his words fast enough.
