  • what part of pa do u live in i live in Lycoming county

  • @xoxmonkey15 clarion county

  • Do you do anything special with the hide?

  • @Hdowiak nope

  • if you get your rocks off by shooting does in pa like you did in this video, you should be ashamed!! 3 TAGS no wonder there arent many deer is western pa because pople like you get 3-6 tags each and shoot all the seed. My 13 yr old son had a doe in front of him (easy shot) He didnt shoot!!! He said to me DAD there arent enough deer I cant shoot her. Comming from a 13 yr old boy, If you are that hard up for meet that you have to kill doe, u should have your head examined!

  • @arcticpower28 you dont quite understand We have the best hunting in the whole state. We have so many deer its ridiculus. Im suprised you would make such a statement. Ashamed? Really? Sorry to hear that there are not deer where you hunt. We shoot tons of doe and barley even put a dent in the herd. Plus... you try and film yourself shoot a deer on video, zoomed in with a bow. Ive been trying for years so yeah Its awesome,If you dont get that way then you shouldnt even be hunting

  • @Dragoncro0wn cuz it heard the sound of the boy then got hit

  • great video very informative thank you ,I think every bow company brings out a new bow every year its hard to keep up but your bow does the job thank again happy hunting all the best!

  • The deer reacted before you even hit it :D

  • @arcticpower28 Sir Thats awesome that your 13 yr old wants to practice deer management, but deer management starts with taking does. You will see less deer. It happens. I hunted NE PA for almost 13 yrs before I joined the service. I came back on leave to hunt with my dad a few times when I coulde on leave and yes, we saw less deer than in 1990 when I started hunting. But we saw bigger, more quality bucks. Thats all.

  • I'm shocked she went that far! The way she was shooting out blood right after you hit her. Great shot. Congratulations

  • Amazing well done video, I mean to film such a thing just by yourself is just so hard! And congratulations for the shot, it won't get any better than this.

  • @arcticpower28 I'm not sure about your area but here in Ks we have so many deer that it's becoming a problem. Our Department of Wildlife and Parks is proposing an even longer bow season(already from September through January) and also proposing we allow the use of crossbows during bow season to try to get more people to get out and kill some does. He may not be hard up for "meet"( I think you mean meat), but rather trying to do his part in deer management and get a little extra meat.

  • Nice stand set ups ...good job !!

  • Great shot and good video! She sure dropped on that shot LOL!!!

Pretty interesting filming setup but seems to work very well for you. It is hard to film yourself in a treestand shooting animals, nice job and congrats!

I wish we could shoot does here in AZ (in addition to bucks) but not near the population as midwest and back east, plus we can only tag one deer a year.

  • Excellent kill. For those of you who think the heard is too small, I suggest examining the browse line in the forest. Little to no vegetation 7' and under is indicator of a large herd, which happens to be the case in most of PA. Since wolves were driven away from PA long ago, it is the hunter's responsibility to manage the herd. Besides, not everyone fills there tag anyway. I enjoy your videos, keep them coming please!
