New law we're inventing

There's a lot of time spent
Reading out the judgment
But the head-note's got the content
With the Constitution, it's not black and white
But we're the guiding the light
We imply the rights (RIGHT)

You've got no love for the government's plan
To stop communication

Cause the High Court can
Strike out the legislation

You should read all our cases
Just to cover all bases
They'll help for your exam
They crap on for ages, go for hundreds of pages
