when your fliiping rocks it might be a good idea to use some kind of hook to protect your hands and if theres a venemous snake under there it might strike before you get the rock up all the way.

do you live neer the beach cuz i nitised the sand but when i go to myrtle beach sc i only find cottonmouths and toads some times black racers but a butt load of turtles i dont herp much at the beach i usually herp in forests and mountains of virginia but do you have any tips

That sand is accually from a sand ridge which is accually inland. I really dont have any, it's just takes some skill.

Looks like a great herping area Brandon.
Hopefully, the warm weather will get here soon. Even though the air temps are getting up there, the ground temps are staying cold most of the day. In March you should start seeing more herps.

Yeah John this place looks really nice, I just hope it doesent turn out like snake road Illinoise were everybody goes and collects animals. It has been warm here the past few days.
