@shadowarlocks The Gatherer's Garden? It should be on the second floor of the main atrium. I think it's across from the room that you have to melt ice to enter. If you're having trouble finding it, I know that I end up running from the very end of Point Prometheus to the Gatherer's Garden in the next video (44) because I forgot to buy something. Hope that helps.

@shadowarlocks Oops, it's not across from the frozen room, but instead on the opposite side of the atrium where the turret is.

hi, um, i got this recently cause i want to get the 2nd bioshock. Some of the big daddies i find dont have little sisters and some never get one from a vent. are empty vents common?

If you go into the pause menu, it should say something like "Little Sisters remaining in level" towards the bottom, with somewhere between one and three icons depending on which level you're in. If all of the icons are the face of a Little Sister (without a Big Daddy behind her), you have dealt with all of that level's Sisters. Even then, in some levels (like Point Prometheus), each section of a level will have only one Little Sister available. I ran into that problem during this segment.

little sisters have sea slugs inside them which gather adam, so when you harvest you melt the little sister to the point where its just the slug, then you keep the slug for the adam
