for some strange reason americans stick to smaller underpowered gas engines which become less efficient simply because they are put into vehicles that are to heavy for them. sure diesels have excellent low end torque, reliability, and fuel efficiency but they just dont see use in as many applications as they could be used in.

the 3.7 v6 is a complete waste of time, why not give us the euro 3.0 v6 diesel? it makes more torque than the HEMI and has Quadra drive. so its just as good if not better (in a few ways) then the largest 5.7 v8. it doesnt really make sense
