I worked a t a Subway and I believe the ingredients to be bland and boring. I rather go buy my own ingredients. Onion deli rolls, Sharp cheddar cheese melted and thick roast beef with onions and a bit of rough ground mustard sounds good right about now. But subway doesn't even come close to those ingredients.

back in the 80's we at least pretended to be happy in comercials and all commercials had lyrics. Now they are doing surrealist commercials where peopel do exhibit emotion. That kind of marketing isnt going to make me want a subway sandwhich. I want to see happy smiling faces. THAT is what makes me want subway.

They've resurrected this commercial more than once; I remember it playing a lot in '99 as well.
