Hold on -- isn't "Lord of the Dance" a completely different tune with completely different words, and in minor key? My Sunday School class/children's choir learned that long ago (thanks, Mrs. Rudolph, wherever you are).
Nevertheless, I love your superb control on the instrument: disciplined yet expressive.
I see that there are several YouTube videos in which "Simple Gifts" (tune) is set to the words I know, so you're not wrong! :) But that means someone set the same words to a different tune, which as you know is far from uncommon in folk music. Had I a video camera, I'd record myself on harp/voice doing the tune that Mrs. Rudolph taught us.
