@ecpruthless I definatly believe that HAARP is used for more than the military are saying. The made a minature HAARP, creating a small cloud in a glass chamber, and using I think it was 10 watts of electricity to move the cloud which proves that HAARP could manipulate weather.
I also heard that a scientist used 40 watts of radio waves to discover oil wells, and was correct 100% of the time. Now HAARP uses 1 billion watts.. scary.

people that say that are spreading disinformation.
HAARP is a very real technology based on the ground and beams EM waves which can be reflected off the ionosphere and back toward earth.
I dont know if HAARP did this, but it def has the ability to. And is most certainly used for purposes other then what the scientists are saying. The say its used as an IRI Ionosphere Research Instrument, which is extremely vague. I believe its on purpose to hide its real uses.
