Keith and Claire Copping, of the marvellous Team Giblets, present this panel on Convention Skits. Very informative if you ever plan to make a skit for your next event!

  • To whoever filmed this, congratulations you have single handedly captured why people do not go to smaller cons because of the stupid weebs who can't shut up during panels THIS IS BEYOND BULLSHIT PEOPLE!!!

  • @adultsagainstLOL Nearly the entire audience (bar maybe 3 people) are good friends of Keith and Claire. If Keith had a massive problem with the heckling from Moley and Lizzy then he would have told them to shut up.

I didn't go to this panel expecting it to be something deadly serious. Anyone who actually has a clue who Team Giblets are and what they are about would also know this.

Please tell the difference between playful banter between mates and "stupid weebs who can't shut up"

  • It's so strange that half of the people giving that presentation weren't on the stage for that video... or was that inane prattle off screen just a long winded series of unfunny heckles?

  • @HimawariKunogi17 Claire was the other person talking during the panel. The reason why she's not shown on screen is because she was filming the panel herself for their own youtube channel. While I was only filming Keith and the screen, Claire was also filming audience reactions and the folk who were asking questions. There was no point in me moving the camera every time that Claire spoke because she was in the corner and I wouldn't have been able to get a clear shot of her.

  • @TheOriginalJellicle Wow, you are either trolling really hard or have zero idea of how to interact with people in the real world. My point about the small(in retrospect i should have said smaller)Cons where people act like dicks is you will be stuck in a number of small rooms with said dicks for the weekend. Just because you paid money to go to a Con doesn’t give you the right to act like a dick the whole time& fellow con goers have not gone to a panel to hear what you have to say every subject

  • @adultsagainstLOL If you go to a panel/conference about something serious, you can expect people to be quiet. If you go to an INFORMAL panel at an INFORMAL con surrounded by friends, banter and immaturity is expected. I haven't been to a smaller con where people aren't perfectly comfortable asking others to quiet down if they find it annoying. The reason people don't join in much at huge cons is because the giant ones aren't as friendly, and you aren't close enough to the people to talk to them.

  • @Bhaumat I don’t see what the big deal is here. If I go to a panel I’d like to hear what the panellist has to say, not a hear list of memes dressed up as heckles being shouted an over excited weebs

  • @adultsagainstLOL Actually, if they were weebs they'd be squealing and spazzing about random shit. These people are doing what's known as "interacting with friends", and "having a laugh at a con". I realise these are both foreign concepts to you, but some people go to conventions to enjoy themselves and have fun, not sit in a corner sulking because some people dare to interact with their fellow con-goers. Lighten the fuck up, cons aren't meant to be taken seriously at all.

  • @adultsagainstLOL

I agree wholeheartedly with this. I mean, who wants to go to a "small" event where I can interact with someone who is well-known for his funny performances and has created a stage act centred around being a massive troll. I go to conventions to sit in the dark and be told things, not to enjoy myself! If I see anyone enjoying themselves or acting in a way that I don't personally enjoy, it ruins the entire convention!
