this could permit us to recreate the brain in case of accidents or sickness. this also permits us to possibly make a connection from one persons brain to another. these are things that are currently impossible. we could transmit experiences from one person to another. other practical short term applications could also be possible: (leads into gun shot stuff...)

Nice analysis random black guy, always blaming everything on racism, it's pretty sad actually. I know I'm white but even I can understand that they didn't just say "Let's put all these cameras in the black neighborhoods." I'm almost 100% certain, instead, they said "Let's put these cameras in the places with the highest crime rate." Which believe it or not is almost always in the minority/lower income areas of most cities.
