  • Best Virginia High School Football Player ever to grace the 7cities and dats a big statement!!!!!!!!! So no Percy Harvin was not better or Deangelo Hall and of course everybodys favorite Mike Vick. Curry got all dem boys beat when talking high school football in the state of Virginia he is the face.

  • @FlatbedFred Agree 100% Going to UNC was a terrible decision, especially when head coach at the time, Mack Brown, left UNC for Texas well before signing day - this should have been an indication. Heck, he'd been better off going with Mack to Texas too! I realize that Curry wanted to play hoops, but UNC is no place for a talented football player, and let's be honest, he didn't have NBA talent, but he did have NFL talent....

  • yall realize that curry at 6 foot 2 wouldve been a marginal NFL qb prospect.. wr was his way into the league.. if hed not gotten hurt so many times, especially to a troublesome area like the achilles, hed have dominated at wr. as a heels fan i wish he had fulfilled his potential. go heels

  • To bad this amazing athlete took his "talent" to the "Quaterback Graveyard". Why any HS QB would go to UNC is beyond me. Ha look they took Ronald Curry and turned him into a wide reciever.. Coulda coulda coulda blah blah.... Just hate it for the kid. He screwed the pooch on his college decision.... He ain't the first and certainly won't be the last.

  • David Teel said it best that b-ball was his 2nd sport. Mike Smith said it best that football was his marquee sport. I really wished he'd stayed committed to UVA & played football because all the top prospects in the country wanted to play on the same team as him. Hands down, Ronald Curry, Allen Iverson and Terry Kirby are the best athletes to come out of the state of Virginia.

  • he makes it look so easy

  • ive been waitin for years for RC football high school highlights to be on the tube. Thank YOU

  • He was an amazing Athlete. I remember when he verbally announced he was going to UVA and the stadium went nuts
