I like making herbal sugar scrubs. You can use tea, oatmeal and even coffee. Coffee is really good for exfoliating the skin in a safe, non-chemical way. I own and run a business and sell this stuff too. ^^ It's soo fun! I love it! I love using the Grapeseed Oil cuz it don't smell nasty. Lol.

Always rinse your hands after using hand sanitizer. Otherwise your hands are covered with chemicals from the hand sanitizer and dead bacteria. Just a quick water rinse and dry with a fresh paper towel.

@RainbowYoga2011 Grepfruit seed extract. you can buy it from snowdriftfarm or camdengray
both have web sites but if I try to give the full address it wont let me post!

This is a wonderful basic body or foot scrub. I would suggest that you do not use it on your face. The sugar granuales are to big for the face. It might over abraid (over exfoliate) your skin causing damage.

You can use any kind of tea, I can't remember what tea we used that day, it has been so long ago, lol, but any would be good-green tea is an excellent choice.
