They KNOW if they do a good job and do right by you, you will tell others about their business. Like I said, I just heard of you, but I'm CONVINCED that's why we as Black people have a decent business conglomerate anywhere in here, because we have effed up ways of doing business! Asians can do it, Arabs can do it, Chaldeans can do it, etc, but for the most part, Black business practices are MUCH to be desired.

I'm not even IN business like that, but if I want you to come do an event, I would ask YOU what you would want for compensation, hotel, etc...
