This routine is designed to be completed in approximately 8 to 12 minutes.

Exercises use Medicine Balls.
12 Reps each side.
Complete three sets for this session, with a 2 minute rest between sets.
The exercises are;
Overhead Throw
Side Throw
Plyometric Pushup
Squat Throw
