I have to admit that I had some understanding issues while I watched my first video of yours. After two or three it got better. I like your voice and tone in a way ^.^ Well my understanding problems were more caused by the fact that I'm from Germany and I have more problems then others with understanding some kind of accent (This is a personal thing and not of everyone from Germany^^) I've not heard so often, then of you speaking unintelligible or so.

@Anomidory I have actually found out that adding subtitles is a lot simpler than I had previously experienced so I will be adding them and blogging the scripts as well. I do appreciate my foreign audience and want to do what I can so I shall be making as much effort as I can to help out. If anyone wants to translate those scripts to their own language (it would have to be in the time encoded subtitle format) then I would be only too happy to add them

Let us know if you still want someone to write up a caption file for your 2001 analysis. I have some time. 2001 is one of my favorite films and there is no right or wrong interpretation of the film's ending. Yours however is very insightful and it help other film viewers come up with their own philosophy about 2001.

You're not monotone, you just have a dry, sober tone to your voice which suits your style of reviewing. There is no perfect accent nor vocal style & unless we all speak in received pronunciation we will annoy someone, somewhere. Ignore the trolls & keep up the good work.

Good to hear from you Glenn. I've been away for the same exact reasons, mainly writers block and spending time with the GF. That's a tough combination to overcome, let me tell ya, lol. As for SOPA, etc.. you're right, we have to keep fighting bills like that, because the Govt and entertainment industries will always be in cahoots on this issue. As for the A-wipe talking trash to you about your lovely voice: may he be banished and forced to live in the Green Inferno, forever!

i can understand you fine although you can sound muffled on my built in PC speaker but i put that down to the speaker being worse than that of a mobile phone lol
