  • @rektomz There is no resistance whatsoever, only biceps are working a little bit, that is it. You should bent forward to work upper back, to work lower back you should do romanian lifts then. Proper bent over row technique is this exrx.net/WeightExercises/BackG­eneral/BBBentOverRow.html. Oh, and if you think you are better man because you are from Australia and I am from Europe, let it be. It's only in your head.

  • @Kazzzzzo i think you would find that he is focusing more on upper body, yes you should lean over more if you wish to work down the lower back, but either way both works well. but i see where you were coming from.
