Hey Scott, it's Mike Fleming hope you are doing well. I have to say I have been doing this exersise and other rear delt variations that I have seen you and Kevin perform and they have worked much much better for me than the conventional dumbell rear laterals etc. I have also really tuned into the importance of intensity and not focusing so much on the number of repetitions or technique too much as I used to be obsessed with technique.Form follows function and i'm getting results.Cheers guys!
Its amazing all the things you can do with that cable machine. Your videos have helped me out a lot and realized that its the muscles that work the weights and not the weights that work the muscles.
